O subtítulo da capa acrescenta "20 of My Favourite Songs". O LP reúne vinte extraordinárias baladas interpretadas na voz doce e suave de Mathis. Na época, algumas das canções de Johnny conseguiram chegar à tabela de singles do Reino Unido, na altura do seu lançamento como, "When a Child Is Born", em 1976.
