Santos Populares!

Em Portugal, estas festividades, genericamente conhecidas pelo nome de "Festas dos Santos Populares", correspondem a diferentes feriados municipais, de acordo com as localidades, mas festejam-se um pouco por todo o país. Santo António, São João e São Pedro são os três santos populares mais festejados pelo povo português, e que o mês de Junho consagra a estes Santos, desde o dia 12 ao dia 29. Santo António a 13, São João a 24 e São Pedro a 29. O momento é de Festa!

In Portugal, these festivities, generically known as "Festas dos Santos Populares" (Popular Saints' Festivals), correspond to different municipal holidays, depending on the locality, but are celebrated throughout the country. Saint Anthony, Saint John, and Saint Peter are the three most celebrated popular saints by the Portuguese people, and the month of June is dedicated to these saints, from the 12th to the 29th. Saint Anthony on the 13th, Saint John on the 24th, and Saint Peter on the 29th. It's a time for celebration!
